| At Fitzgeralds, the slot club program used to dispense items called O'Lucky Bucks. With the curtailment of Mr. O'Lucky as a promotional tool, O'Lucky Bucks ceased to exist, and the club now awards slot points and comp dollars at all of the gaming activities at Fitzgeralds; however, we will only consider their accrual at slot and video poker machines. Fitzgeralds used to distribute a funbook to customers through the kiosks in their slot club system. The casino's funbook was terminated and the kiosks which are conveniently located throughout the casino only dispense information about your slot card. At the kiosk, you move your slot card through a reader. This activates the system, which will first recognize you by name and inform you about your accumulation of both slot points and comp dollars. Your accumulation of comp dollars can only be learned by visiting a kiosk or the slot booth. Slots points expire 13 months after they have been earned. |

Locals find this service of limited value; however, if a significant total of slot points is in one's account, a tourist may consider emailing about their use in obtaining a room.
