On insertion of your slot card into any machine, the mini-visual will respond with "Hello (your first name in capitals) Welcome" followed by both your current accumulated total and your current session total. These two totals will remain and grow as you play. If the line at the slot booth is too long for you to wait, guests can use their room key instead of a slot card. In other words, a room key will double as a slot card during an individual's stay.
