This is the only slot club that is divided into two sections: Customer Service and Redemption. The location, Customer Service, where slot cards are issued and duplicate cards are obtained is definitely not the location, Redemption, where the slot benefits are obtained.

Intermittently, funbooks (sheets) are distributed at both sections of the club to those who ask. There is a coupon for a free T-shirt for a win of only $35, which is exceptionally easy if you play dollar denomination machines.

When you insert your slot card into the card reader, you will see in all capital letters the word ACCEPTED. So in order to gather information about the slot club, you must either pester the slot club personnel (both sections), locate the slot club's somewhat elusive literature, or visit the casino's web site.

The web site has a good deal of information which I find amazing in its numerical complexity, e.g. it requires the insertion of 62.5 cents into a nickel slot machine to earn one slot point. But numbers are numbers, and that is what the web site's numerical information conveys.

An inactive account expires after 18 months.
