The Mac OS X version runs on all versions of OS X, including Leopard on Intel-based machines. The Mac Classic version runs on any Mac OS 8.5.1 through 9.2.2.
The Windows version runs on all versions of Windows 95b and later, including Vista 64 and Windows 7. It also runs in Wine on Linux systems.
When the download is complete and expanded, you will have a folder whose name starts with "Demo." You may leave it where it is or move it to your Applications or Programs folder, but you must leave this folder and its contents intact.
Open the folder, and read the ReadMeFirst document. Then double-click on the OptimumVP icon to start the program. There is no reason to open the other folders.

Thus, the program is fully functional for many Jacks-or-Better type games, some of which, such as All American Poker and various games with a progressive royal, can offer over 100% expected return. You can also play some other games (without the strategy check) and get a feel for most of the other features such as Risk of Ruin and the slot club evaluation.
