Casino Edge ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
We operate under a principle of data minimisation: we collect only the information strictly necessary to deliver the Service and fulfil our legal obligations.
2. Information We Collect
Authentication Identifiers
Account creation and authentication is managed by Supabase, a third-party authentication and database provider. When you create an account, Supabase stores your email address and a securely hashed authentication credential. We do not store plaintext passwords.
Supabase assigns each account a unique UUID identifier (User ID) that is used internally to associate your subscription status and activity with your account.
Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Casino Edge never receives, stores, or transmits your raw credit card or banking details.
Stripe tokenises your payment instrument and returns to us only a non-sensitive Stripe Customer ID, which we store solely to manage your subscription lifecycle (billing, renewals, and cancellations). Your actual card data remains entirely within Stripe's secure PCI-compliant environment.
Usage Data
We may collect anonymised, aggregated usage metrics (such as which strategy categories are most frequently accessed) to improve the quality of the Service. This data does not identify individual users.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticating your identity when you sign in
- Granting or restricting access to PRO content based on subscription status
- Processing subscription billing, renewals, and cancellations via Stripe
- Communicating service updates, changes, or security notices to your email address
- Complying with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We engage the following third-party processors under data processing agreements:
Supabase
Authentication and database storage. Processes your email address and User ID.
Stripe, Inc.
Payment tokenisation. Processes your payment method. Casino Edge never sees your card details.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as required to fulfil legal obligations. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes, typically retained for 7 years).
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated state between visits. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and do not contain personal identification information beyond a session token.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural tracking technologies.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@advantageplayer.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and access controls. However, no system is completely immune to risk. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
