Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing
Casino Edge offers a monthly recurring subscription to access PRO content. Key billing details:
- Billed monthly in United States Dollars (USD)
- Appears on your card or bank statement as ADVANTAGEPLAYER.COM
- Automatically renews each month on your billing date unless cancelled
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. (PCI DSS compliant)
You will receive an email receipt from Stripe for each successful charge. The total amount charged is clearly disclosed at the time of subscription sign-up.
2. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
Casino Edge operates a strict no-refund policy. By completing a subscription purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- All subscription fees are non-refundable, including fees for the current billing period at the time of cancellation.
- No credits, partial refunds, or pro-rata adjustments are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.
- This policy applies regardless of whether you actively used the Service during the billing period.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of any previously charged fees.
Sign in to your account
Navigate to advantageplayer.com/login and access your Profile.
Open Profile Settings
Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Manage Subscription
Your account section will display your current subscription status. Follow the cancellation link to access the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel or modify your subscription directly.
Confirm cancellation
Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email from Stripe. Your PRO access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
If you experience any difficulty cancelling, contact support@advantageplayer.com and we will process your cancellation within one business day.
4. Failed or Disputed Payments
If a payment fails, your account may be suspended until the outstanding amount is successfully charged. Stripe will automatically retry failed payments according to its retry schedule.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer instead of contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to us directly at support@advantageplayer.com to resolve any billing concerns.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
